Serviceability and shipping charges

An order can proceed only when the entered Indian pincode is serviceable by our delivery partner. The shipping charge, if applicable, is displayed during checkout before payment. Some large, fragile, or unusually shaped pieces may need special packing or delivery arrangements; we will contact you before dispatch if an additional arrangement is necessary.

Preparing and dispatching an order

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment has been confirmed. Preparation time depends on the work: a ready piece may be packed sooner, while commissioned, personalised, made-to-order, large, or fragile work may require additional time. Any specific estimate shown on the product page or agreed with you forms part of the order communication.

We will send a shipping update when the order is dispatched. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, weather, local restrictions, or remote-area service conditions.

Address and delivery information

Please provide a complete address, correct pincode, reachable phone number, and email address at checkout. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We may be unable to change it after the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Where a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, delivery was refused, or reasonable delivery attempts could not be completed, we will contact you about the next step. A further delivery charge may apply where the failed delivery was not caused by Bohosoul or the courier, subject to applicable consumer law.

Tracking and receiving the parcel

Once available, the tracking reference is shared by email and can also be viewed on the Track your order page using the order ID and the email address or phone number used at checkout. Please inspect the parcel on arrival and keep the packaging while checking the item.

If the parcel or item appears damaged, photograph the packaging and item and retain an unedited unboxing video where possible. Then contact us promptly under the Cancellation & Exchange Policy.
