About Bohosoul

Bohosoul by Dhanashri is an artist portfolio and store operated under Bohosoul Publications. The website presents original and handmade artworks, sculptures, ready rangolis, jewellery, workshops, and related creative work. Product availability and the categories offered may change over time.

Product information and handmade work

We aim to describe and photograph each piece accurately. Colours can vary across screens, and handmade work may contain natural variation in texture, brushwork, shape, dimensions, or finish. These characteristics are not necessarily defects. Measurements are approximate unless a product page states otherwise.

A product marked unavailable cannot be purchased. Limited releases are subject to the quantity shown. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it; an order is confirmed only after successful payment and server-side verification.

Prices, payment, and order acceptance

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees. Applicable shipping charges and the final payable amount are shown before payment. Payments are handled by Razorpay or another payment method displayed at checkout; we do not receive or store your full card or UPI credentials.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, its listing or price contains a material error, payment cannot be verified, delivery is not serviceable, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Guest checkout and customer details

An account is not required to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery address information and for keeping your order ID available. We use the submitted email address and phone number to send order, payment, shipping, and support communications in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Shipping, cancellations, and exchanges

Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. Cancellation, exchange, damage, incorrect-item, and material-misdescription requests are governed by the Cancellation & Exchange Policy. These policies form part of these terms and do not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, the artworks, photographs, illustrations, writing, branding, and website content are owned by or licensed to Bohosoul by Dhanashri. You may browse the website and share ordinary links for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, scrape, publish, train a model on, or commercially exploit the work or website content without prior written permission.

Acceptable use and availability

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, misuse payment or contact features, or use automated tools in a way that harms the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the studio, or the website. We work to keep the site available, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Bohosoul Publishing is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a statutory consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts or consumer forum having lawful jurisdiction.
